Delivering high quality products is our aim. The abattoir uses steam on each carcase to reduce the bacterial loading and to extend the shelf-life. Cuts are made to individual customers requirement, vacuum packed and boxed in Euro boxes. Farmers self supply of their our carcases is also available.
